The FORE Centre for Political Leadership & Governance (FCPLG) proudly presents “FCPLG युवा संवाद – National Blog Writing Competition 2026″, a unique national-level platform designed to encourage young minds to engage with contemporary issues of governance, democracy, public policy, and political leadership.
This competition aims to inspire students, researchers, and aspiring policy thinkers to express their ideas, analyze critical national issues, and contribute meaningfully to public discourse through evidence-based and impactful writing.
About the Competition
India’s youth play a crucial role in shaping the future of governance and democratic institutions. Through this blog writing competition, FCPLG seeks to create a platform where young citizens can share innovative perspectives, policy insights, and constructive solutions to contemporary socio-political challenges.
Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their analytical abilities, writing skills, and understanding of governance while competing at a national level.
Objectives
The competition aims to:
- Encourage youth participation in discussions on governance, politics, democracy, and public policy.
- Promote critical thinking, analytical writing, and evidence-based opinion building.
- Provide a national platform for young voices to engage with contemporary socio-political issues.
- Foster awareness regarding democratic institutions and governance reforms.
- Identify and recognize talented young writers, researchers, and future policy leaders.

Competition Theme
“One Nation, One Election”
Participants are invited to critically analyze the concept, opportunities, challenges, implications, and future prospects of implementing simultaneous elections across India.
Blogs should present balanced, evidence-based arguments supported by facts, research, and thoughtful analysis.
