India's democracy is what it is because of its institutions, but also because of the quality, integrity and belief of the people who lead and serve them. FCPLG seeks to develop informed, ethical and future-ready leaders who understand the foundations of democracy and are comprehensively equipped to contribute meaningfully to public life, governance and political processes.
Our programmes bring together academic rigour, practical experience and real-world perspectives to bridge the gap between knowledge and practice. My experience in public administration and election management has reinforced my belief that effective leadership rests on integrity, institutional responsibility, inclusiveness and a deep commitment to public service.
Leadership is not about occupying a position; it is more about earning public trust and creating meaningful and lasting impact.
