Privacy Policy

We collect only what a specific purpose needs:

• Enquiries. Your name, email address, phone number, city and the programme you are asking about, when you submit an enquiry or callback form.
• Applications. The information on the application form, and the documents you upload in support of it — which may include identity documents, educational certificates, a photograph and a curriculum vitae.
• Messages. The content of WhatsApp, email and web-chat conversations you have with us, so that whoever answers next can see what was already discussed.
• Website usage. Pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived, through Google Analytics and advertising tags — only if you accept analytics cookies.

• To answer your enquiry and tell you about the programme you asked about.
• To assess an application and administer admission, if you apply.
• To send programme information you have asked for, or consented to receive.
• To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, in aggregate.
• To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to an educational institution.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Application documents are treated as the most sensitive information we hold. They are stored separately from general enquiry records, are accessible only to the admissions staff who need them, and are never used for marketing. We retain them only for as long as the admission record requires, and delete them when that period ends.

We use the official WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta. If you message us, or agree to be contacted on WhatsApp, your phone number and the conversation are processed by Meta as part of delivering those messages, under their own terms. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying to ask us to stop, and we will record that preference.

The site asks before setting analytics cookies. If you decline, Google Analytics and the advertising tags are not loaded and we see no usage data from your visit. Cookies strictly needed to make the site work are always set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site.

Only staff who need the information to do their work, and the service providers that run parts of this service on our behalf — website and database hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging (Meta) and analytics (Google). They may process the information only on our instructions.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Application records and their documents are kept for the period an educational admission record requires. Anything we no longer need is deleted.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave — for example to marketing messages. Write to us at the address below and we will respond.

These rights are given effect under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Access to personal information is restricted to the staff who need it, transmission to and from this site is encrypted, and application documents are held separately with tighter access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these measures seriously and review them.

Our programmes are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted here.
