At FORE Centre for Political Leadership and Governance (FCPLG), we believe that strong democracies are built on informed leadership, ethical governance, and active citizen participation. In an era of rapid political, social, and technological transformation, the need for competent, visionary, and responsible leaders has never been greater.

FCPLG has been established with the objective of nurturing future political leaders, policy thinkers, and governance professionals committed to public service and nation-building. Our programs blend academic rigour with practical exposure, equipping participants with the knowledge, strategic insight, and leadership skills required to navigate modern political systems, with an emphasis on grassroots engagement, policy analysis, electoral strategy, digital political communication, and civic responsibility.

Under the aegis of the Foundation for Organisation Research and Education (FORE), FCPLG stands committed to fostering ethical leadership, inclusive governance, and democratic values. We aspire to create a platform where ideas are debated constructively, leadership is shaped responsibly, and governance is strengthened sustainably.
