Refund Policy

You can cancel your enrolment by writing to us before the programme's start date. The refund depends on how early we receive your request:

• 15 days or more before the start date: a full refund of the programme fee, less a processing charge of 10% of the fee.
• Less than 15 days before the start date: a refund of 50% of the programme fee, or, if you prefer, a transfer of the full fee to the next batch of the same programme at no charge.

Once a programme has begun, the fee is not refundable. If you cannot continue for a reason outside your control, we may offer a one-time transfer to a later batch of the same programme, subject to seat availability.

If we cancel a programme, or move its start date and the new date does not suit you, you can choose either a full refund of the fee you paid, with no deduction, or a transfer to another batch or programme of equal value.

Registration fees for events and competitions, such as Yuva Samvad, are non-refundable once paid. If FCPLG cancels the event itself, the registration fee is refunded in full.

Email info@fcplg.co.in from the address you applied with, and include:

• your full name and the programme or event you paid for;
• your application number, if you have one;
• the payment reference (UTR / transaction ID) from your receipt;
• the bank account or UPI ID the refund should be paid to.

We confirm the request and the amount by email. Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer or UPI, normally to the account the fee was paid from, within 7–10 working days of approval.

Requests outside these rules, for example because of a medical emergency, are considered case by case. Write to us with the details and any supporting document.
